What is an Unincorporated Association/Private Club or PMA?
An Unincorporated Association or a Private Club can be created in various ways to Help Provide Private Services Or Products that only Members who Have a Private Contract can Enjoy benefiting from.
The various types of private associations operate in a manner as to keep private business and private activities a private contractual matter between the association and the members. It is Important to keep in mind that every State Constitution and the United States of America Constitution which are Laws that All Public Servants are Bound to Obey say “no state can pass any law that impairs the obligation of contract“. The association is founded upon the principle that we have an unalienable right to associate. The Supreme Court has always held that the right to associate is synonymous with the right to assemble. An association is simply a group of men and women collectively exercising our Creator given unalienable right to associate in private.

The Constitutions are Contracts that Public Servants Swear or Affirm to OBEY by way of an Oath/Promise to We The People.
In exchange for taking this Oath/Promise We The People Delegate a small amount of our Sovereign Power to our Public Servants so that they may provide certain services for the Benefit of We The People.
We The People Also Give to our PUBLIC SERVANTS a decent amount of Privileges.
Attached to these Privileges come Duties and Obligations that PUBLIC SERVANTS must OBEY or We The People can hold them Accountable for a Breach of the Contract/Constitution and a Breach of the Public Trust, because every PUBLIC SERVANT has a Fiduciary Duty to Uphold, Protect, and Maintain our Divine Creator Given Rights.
It is a Privilege and an Honor to interact with We The People also known as the Public.
Public Servants Swearing or Affirming an Oath of Office is No Different than when Knights Swore to Protect a King or Queen back during Medieval times.
Pursuant to Article 6 Section 2 the Supremacy Clause of The United States Constitution/Contract
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be Bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in
